Philips boosts entertainment portfolio

Philips has bought NCW, a Hong Kong designer, manufacturer and distributor of LED, conventional entertainment lighting and lighting controls.

The company has a factory in China. NCW will be integrated into Philips Professional Luminaires’ entertainment business segment, adding to a portfolio that includes Vari-Lite, Strand and Selecon.
